Players may also close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting w577 game support. Where an account is closed with a positive PKR balance, the balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless they have already met the applicable wagering requirement.
